Medicine Stone Resort is located on Upper Medicine Stone Lake, 15 miles west of Red Lake, in Northwestern Ontario. The main resort is secluded. The atmosphere very much resembles that of an outpost camp. All of our drive-in and fly-in cabins are housekeeping cabins.

The drive-in resort will appeal to those looking for convenient access while the fly-in outpost will appeal to those looking for complete isolation. Trophy walleye, northern pike and lake trout fishing opportunities are equal, regardless of whether guests choose the drive-in resort or fly-in outpost locations.

The lakes contain a wide variety of structures and depths up to 120 ft, guaranteeing consistent fishing action year-round. The cool spring fed waters are rich in oxygen, keeping the walleye and lake trout active even in July and August, while the shallow bays and reefs harbour trophy northern pike.

Fall black bear hunting is the best in Ontario. Hunters have the opportunity of seeing black bear in excess of 500 lbs. Our black bear hunting management unit is almost half the size of Rhode Island. The 3rd largest black bear in North America was taken from the Red Lake area (over 750 lbs).

Rainbow Point Lodge

Rainbow Point Lodge - a place where fisherman meet, families have fun and friendships are made. Here’s a lake you never tire of. We offer walleye, northern, smallmouth bass, perch, muskie and whitefish. For the hunting enthusiast, we offer fall hunting for black bear, moose, grouse & duck.

Accommodation: Cozy housekeeping cottages. All units situated near the lakefront offering you an excellent view. Comfortable electric heat, modern 3 piece bath, full kitchen with fridge, stove , microwave, and all necessary items for housekeeping and outdoor barbeques. We also have a number of full service RV sites available.

For the family vacationer extras include our beach volleyball court, recreation room, sand beach, play area, and of course our ever popular weekly camp fish fry! On site groceries, tackle, gifts, and licences, give added convenience."

Cedar Lake Lodge

Tranquil, peaceful, and beautiful... Cedar Lake Lodge rests on a 100 acre island on picturesque Cedar Lake. The lodge and cabins are nestled among the trees overlooking the lake. The clean, clear water has produced many record northern pike, walleye, smallmouth bass, perch and muskie. We support catch and release to preserve fishing for tomorrow. For an added special experience we can arrange a one day fly-in trip to a secluded lake.

Authentic and comfortable log cabins have all modern conveniences - electricity, refrigerator, stove, running water, wood stove for heat and good beds with warm native blankets. We furnish all necessary equipment, utensils, and linens. Most of our cabins have private baths, with a few using modern central bath and shower facilities. At the end of the day's activities, you can relax in your cabin or come to our comfortable, spacious main lodge with dining room. . . the gathering place for those sociable evenings where fishing and hunting tales are swapped. We also have video and satellite T.V. for your enjoyment.
