"Catch-More"Cottages offers great fishing and family vacations on the Trent River system at Campbellford, Ontario. The Trent River boasts some of the best Muskie fishing in the area as well as pike, large and small mouth bass, pickerel/walleye and ample supplies of pan fish.

We are a family run operation offering 7 fully equipped house-keeping cottages accommodating up to 6 guests, camp grounds with water and hydro available, and seasonal trailer sites. For the kids we have various play areas situated around the spacious 2-1/2 acre site as well as paddle boats, and games. Our on site store carries a basic selection of groceries, fishing tackle, worms, and licences.

Catch-More Cottages is a popular spot for fishing and family vacations with many of our guests returning year after year. Boat and motor rentals and docking are available. For the golf enthusiast there are 3 courses within a 20 minute drive.

Southview Cottage Resort

Southview is a family owned and operated cottage resort on the north shore of Rice Lake. There are Walleye (Pickerel), Large and Small Mouth Bass, Muskie, Perch, Crappie and Bluegill just waiting for you to drop your line into the clean waters of Rice Lake. Our boat and motor fleet will take you to where you want to go. We have 14' boats with 9.9 hp motor, 16' deluxe boats with 15 hp electric start, 16' bass boats with 50 hp and 24' Pontoon boats for fishing or cruising.

Southview Cottages offers comfortable to luxurious accommodations for families, couples and groups on our 43 acres of scenic countryside. On our beautifully landscaped property, we have 50 cottages, every one of them within steps of our 1400 feet of shoreline and board-walk. Start your day as you like, on the lake fishing before dawn, drinking coffee while watching the mist lifting off the lake, or a beautiful sunrise, and listening to the relaxing sounds of nature. Small wildlife abounds at the resort.

For the recreational vehicle or camping enthusiast, we have 11 full service RV sites which include the use of our clean modern comfort station. On the premises you can try out the heated swimming pool or the children's wading pool with fountain. Kids and adults alike are drawn to the sandy beach and intrigue of the lake. Bring along your pitching wedge and putter to work on your short game at our new tee off and putting green. Our new sport court is ideal for basketball, roller hockey, skate boarding and mini tennis.

Whispering Pines Cottages

Whispering Pines Cottages is proud to be a great fishing camp and family vacation destination. A friendly, family run fishing camp / cottage resort on the North shore of beautiful Rice Lake, Ontario. Rice Lake hosts excellent fishing for sportfish, walleye, bass and muskie at your doorstep, with superb panfishing for crappie, bluegill and perch as well. We have great fishing right off our docks for you or your kids, and are located in a great area for mountain bike riding, walking or running.

Quality housekeeping cottage accommodations include spotlessly clean one, two, and three bedroom fully equipped units with their own decks, chairs and propane barbecues. We have a solar heated inground pool, play area with swings and slides for toddlers & small children, volleyball, and a bonfire pit. Join us around our fire, roast marshmallows for the kids, and sing songs every Thursday night.

For your convenience we have a central bonfire area, bass and pontoon boat and motor rentals, docking facilities, modern fish cleaning facilities, fish freezing, live and artificial bait, licences and groceries store. Local activities include the Trent Severn Waterway, Serpent Mounds Park - features 3 sand beaches, golf nearby, Kawartha Downs Raceway, Great Blue Heron Casino, riding stables, shopping, restaurants, theatre, the liftlocks, and River Boat Cruises.

Golden Beach Resort

Golden Beach Resort is a family owned resort located on the south shore of beautiful Rice Lake. Originally built on the strength of Rice Lake fishing, the resort has steadily expanded to meet the demands of a family resort. With one mile of spectacular shoreline, our recreation facilities are endless. Rice Lake is one of the world's favourite havens for fishing Walleye, Small and Large mouth Bass, and the ever elusive and challenging Muskellunge. Professional fishing guide services are available. Whether you want to bring the whole family or just get away for a fishing trip with your friends, we have the cottage for you.

Our one, two, three or four bedroom cottages are equipped with a full range stove, fridge, microwave*, 3-piece bath and satellite colour TV*. Outside each has a fire pit, picnic table, two lawn chairs and BBQ. The licensed Boat House Café offers for your pleasure a satellite TV, where you are welcome to enjoy your favourite game while sampling appetizers, light lunches or full course dinners.

We have a large tenting area and trailer park, with full hook-ups, flush toilets, and spotless shower facilities. Our campground accommodates  the tenter with no hookup to the motor home with full hookup services.

Beyond fishing and boating we offer: tennis, shuffleboard, petting farm, swimming and wading pool, hot tub, play ground, beach, volleyball, basketball, soccer, horseshoes, fitness centre, games room and a baseball diamond. Also available to rent are paddle boats, canoes, and kayaks. A supervised children's program is offered in the summer.

Hillside Camp Cottages

Hillside Camp is a quiet family fishing resort on beautiful Rice Lake, Ontario, Canada. Twenty mile long Rice Lake is prime water for Largemouth Bass and Smallmouth Bass. Also abundant are Walleye, Muskie and a variety of Pan Fish. Fishing Licences, Fish Cleaning and Freezing are available on the premises.

Accomodations: Five fully broadloomed, lakefront cottages, all of which have two bedrooms and living/dining room combination. The kitchen factilities consist of electric refrigerators, propane gas or electric cooking, small microwaves, coffee maker, toasters, utensils, cutlery, dishes, pots etc. Gas BBQs are also provided for your use. Washroom facilites include shower/bath, toilet, sink with hot and cold running water in each cottage. Pillows are provided but guests are required to bring their own linens, blankets and towels. Pets are sometimes allowed but only on a pre-arranged basis.

Boats- All the boats are 16' Fibreglass or Aluminum with 9.9 or 15 hp outboard motors. Life preservers are included with the rental of all boats. Boats come with a full tank of gas. Two pontoon boats are now also available.
