The lakes, rivers and streams in the Mississagi Valley provide the fisherman with the opportunity of catching a variety of species, including smallmouth bass, walleye, northern pike, lake trout, speckled trout, rainbow trout, perch and whitefish. Limberlost's cottages are fully modern and completely equipped for housekeeping. Most cottages have fireplaces. A boat is included with the cottage (choice of three lakes). Outboard motors are available for rent or bring your own. Our sand beach, pedal boats, paddle boards, canoes, kayaks, sauna, children's playhouse, nature trails and other activities provide hours of enjoyment for the young and young at heart. For the more adventurous, Mississagi River trips can be arranged. You will find some spectacular scenery. |

| Beautiful
rental cottages on the shores of Echo Lake in Ontario, Canada.
Located minutes northeast of Sault Ste. Marie, they are in
the heart of wilderness while still being close to the comforts
of civilization. Echo Lake is one of the largest lakes in
the area. Stretching 5 miles long, 1 mile wide, and nearly
90 feet deep, it offers the angler a diverse array of fish.
The most common species are Walleye, Northern Pike, Small
Mouth Bass, and Perch. Adventure
abounds around each turn at Echo Lake. Hundreds of miles of
logging roads and trails offer new challenges while the hills
and mountains present spectacular views for your enjoyment.
Be sure to pack a compass, map and GPS, and don't forget the
camera. Don't forget that September and October are great
months to stay at the cabin or cottage. The fall tree colors
are fantastic. A super opportunity for spectacular views and
photographs. |
